When it comes to making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, we’ve left no stone unturned. However, BBQs are not allowed as it can get very wild and windy on the terrace.

Please Note:

All our houses are meticulously cleaned and we check all the equipment between each set of guests, so that we know everything is perfect for your stay. If there is anything amiss, or if there are any breakages/damages during your stay, please email photos immediately. Any damages we discover and have to repair on changeover day may be charged for.

Consumables – we provide cling film, foil, baking paper, a few black bin liners, tea towels, a hand towel, washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, a sponge, washing-up brush, and salt and pepper in mills, plus a small amount of tea, filter coffee, coffee pods and sugar, to get you off on the right foot.

Please note:

NB: we do not allow any open flames in the house, such as candles. However, we do provide LED candles for you to use.

All beds have 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding with feather duvets and two down surround pillows per guest.
Each guest is provided with a generous waffle bathrobe, a large bath sheet, a hand towel and an orange swim towel for the beach or terrace; please do not take white towels to the beach or the hot tub.
Ren soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel supplied in every bathroom.
Each bedroom has a light-up magnifying mirror
Each bedroom has a l2000v hairdryer.

If you book for more than 10 days we can offer a complimentary clean and linen change on a mutually convenient day, if requested.

The two extra beds can be made up upon request and for a small fee. The costs for these are £110 per short stay and £175 for 7 night breaks.

We provide wifi with upload speeds of 50 mbps and download speeds of 10 mbps; ample for movie streaming.
Due to the location of the building’s wifi hub, the signal is strongest in the hallway.
We include a reasonable amount of free broadband but once this has been used, the speed slows down.
The network is called: 15-27 Oceangate and the password issent in your prearrival documents

The Kitchen Diner has a portable music player with CD and radio player, bluetooth and AV-In Jack.
The Sitting Room has a 42” OLED HDR 4K UHD Smart TV that allows you to access your streaming services, like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
Crantock, The Master Bedroom, has a Smart TV that allows access to your streaming services, like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

A travel cot are available upon request, but please do contact us in advance of your stay to arrange, and please bring your own cot bedding and sheets.
A high chair is also available upon request.

Please note:

Pentire is brilliant for children, as it’s a stone's throw from Fistral Beach, the child-friendly Gannel Estuary, and Crantock beach. But please be aware that the apartment has open glass stairs in the middle of the main living area, leading down to the bedrooms, which is almost impossible to block off; so, older children and confident stair climbers only.
