Please Note:

All our houses are meticulously cleaned and we check all the equipment between each set of guests, so that we know everything is perfect for your stay. If there is anything amiss, or if there are any breakages/damages during your stay, please email photos immediately. Any damages we discover and have to repair on changeover day may be charged for

The Boat

Electric oven with induction hob (please only use the high iron content pans provided).
Under-counter fridge with freezer compartment.
Microwave.
Comprehensive set of cooking equipment including pans, knives and gadgets.
Serving dishes, glasses, plates and cutlery for a multi-course meal for 2.
A cocktail shaker and Martini glasses
Nespresso coffee machine plus a French press cafetiere.
Stick blender.
Consumables – we provide cling film, foil, baking paper, a few black bin liners, tea towels, a hand towel, washing-up liquid, dish cloths, a sponge, washing-up brush, and salt and pepper in mills, plus a small amount of tea, filter coffee, coffee pods and sugar, to get you off on the right foot.

Please note:

NB: we do not allow any open flames on the property, such as candles. However, we do provide a set of 3 LED candles for you to use (sm,med.lg).

The bed has 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding with feather duvets and two down surround pillows per guest
Each guest is provided with a generous waffle bathrobe, a large bath sheet, a hand towel and an orange swim towel for the beach or pool; please do not take white towels to the beach.
Amphora Aromatics x Tregulland & Co's Rosemary, Sage & Burdock shampoo, conditioner and hand soap supplied in every bathroom
The Bath House has a light-up magnifying mirror and 2000v hairdryer

Please note:

If you book for more than 10 days we can offer a complimentary clean and linen change on a mutually convenient day, if requested.

Blackbird is off-grid and wifi free; we encourage you to settle into the space and peace
Mobile signal is also a little patchy but is much better off the boat.

We provide a Ruark speaker with AV-in jack, bluetooth and dock in the Boat, and a portable bluetooth speaker in the Boat House. We recommend you download your playlists before you arrive as the internet signal can be patchy

BBQ Cleaning kit with long handled tools, brillo pads, degreasing spray, etc. Please leave the BBQ as you find it.
