• Beds: Beds are made up as doubles unless requested; if any rooms need to be twins, or if you need a cot or highchair, please contact us
• Catering: You needn’t do all the cooking. Why not kick back and let our recommended caterers help; you’ll just need to book well in advance.
• Supermarket Deliveries: No need to carry all your supplies to Pentire!  Why not book a supermarket delivery slot (to arrive after you do) and have all your groceries delivered to the door? Delivery postcode:TR7 1PY

There are printed out leather bound Guest Information Booklets in the main rooms which detail useful info and how to make things work, In short:

• Address: Pentire Penthouse, 27 Ocean's Gate, 1 Esplanade Road, Pentire, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 1PY  You can find directions and travel info here.
• Check in & out: Check in is strictly after 4pm and checkout strictly before 10am. Early access and late departures are not possible.
• Access: details on how to access the basement carpark and mastercode lockbox for the house keys will be sent to the lead booker via email. Please email us if you havent received it
• Wifi: Wifi is provided. The password will be guest info boooklet in the property.
• Security/Weather: Please make sure you close and lock all the doors and windows, especially onto the terrace overnight and when out - it can get very wild very swiftly on the coast. 
• Shade:If you are lucky enough to have still, sunny days please use the natural shade from the building configuration.  We cannot provide sun parasols as its usually far too windy
• Hot tub: This is a normal hot tub, you will have been sent instructions and the disclaimer by email.
• Queries:  if you need anything during your stay, please contact us at help@tregulland.co.uk This email is monitored 24/7.

• Departure: You must depart by no later than 10am, as we need the time to return the house to a pristine condition, ready for our next guests.
• Beds: There’s no need to strip beds; simply pull back the duvet to let the bed air and our cleaning team will take care of the rest.
• Kitchens: Please remove ALL leftover food and drink and any waste from the kitchens; please leave the kitchens clear and put the dishwashers on a 25-minute 45º cycle. NB: please DO NOT put large amounts of alcohol or milk down the sink, If you can’t take it with you, leave it in the fridge and we’ll dispose of it.
• Inventory: We have a detailed list of everything in the house and where it lives. Please help us do a simple check when you’ve gone by putting everything back where you found it.
• Bins: Please put all tied black bin bags in the bin store which is behind your parking space in the underground garage
• Recycling: Recycling also needs to be put into any green bin in the binstore behind our parking spaces.
• Hot tub: Please always put the lid back on using the straps and clips as the wind can get very wild on the 5th floor
• Security: Please ensure all windows and external doors are locked shut before leaving; the weather can swiftly get very wild on the coast
