Please Note:

All our houses are meticulously cleaned and we check all the equipment between each set of guests, so that we know everything is perfect for your stay. If there is anything amiss, or if there are any breakages/damages during your stay, please email photos immediately Any damages we discover and have to repair on changeover day will be taken from your deposit.

The Cottage

½ barrel BBQ, BBQ tool set and scrubbing brush. A specialist BBQ cleaning kit is in the washroom; please leave the BBQ as clean as you find it. AND REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN CHARCOAL
Herbs growing in the garden - please help yourselves!
Consumables – we provide cling film, foil, baking paper, a few black bin liners, tea towels, a hand towel, washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, a sponge, washing-up brush, salt and pepper in mills, plus a small amount of tea, filter coffee, coffee pods and sugar, to get you off on the right foot.

NB: we do not allow any open flames in the house, such as candles. However, we do provide a set of LED candles in each house (sm, med. lg).

All beds have 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding with feather duvets and two down surround pillows per guest
Each guest is provided with a generous waffle bathrobe, a large bath sheet, a hand towel and an orange swim towel for the beach or pool; please do not take white towels to the beach or The Pool House.

Each bedroom has a light-up magnifying mirror

If you book for more than 10 days we can offer a complimentary clean and linen change on a mutually convenient day, if requested.

Three additional children's roll out beds are available upon request. The costs for these are £110 per short stay and £175 for 7 night breaks.

The Wifi password is displayed in both houses and is also in the leather bound guest info booklet, copies of which can be found in the sitting rooms and kitchens
We have fibre direct to both The Cottage and The Barn, with unlimited usage and an average download speed of 100mbps and upload speed of 20mbps.
However, as both buildings have very thick stone walls, some areas have better wifi than others.
The main router for The Cottage is in The Snug, with a booster in The Sunroom.
The main router for The Barn is in the utility room, with a booster in The Granary.
There’s also wifi The Pool House.
Due to Tregulland’s remote rural location, mobile reception is patchy, but you can often get reception just outside the buildings.
Both houses have a landline; heavy usage will be charged; international calls are blocked.

The Sunroom has a 55” OLED HDR 4K UHD Smart TV.
The TV allows you to access your own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The Dining Room has a bluetooth-enabled Ruark audio system which can be tilted round to play in the kitchen

The Granary has a high definition cinema projector and screen with smart features so you can access your own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The Kitchen Diner has a bluetooth-enabled Ruark audio system.
The Kitchen Diner has a 42" OLED HDR 4K UHD Smart TV.

The Cottage and The Barn each have a utility room, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airers, plus a loo and a shower.
Each house has an Iron, an ironing board and a Henry hoover.
Recycling facilities (except food waste)
Each house has a landline phone; heavy usage will be charged
A Chubb combination safe big enough to hold standard laptops
Each house has plenty of doggy bowls
Each house has shoe racks and plenty of coat hooks

Please note:

We have 3-pin plug sockets in both The Cottage and The Barn car parks for charging electric cars, but please bring your own lead.

A wonderful outdoor children's play area with plenty of fun apparatus.
16-acres of land including fields, woodland, a fishing lake and river
Flat, well-maintained lawn for boules, cricket or croquet, with equipment in the games shed; please return whatever you use as you found it.

Outdoor tables and chairs - 6 x extra large fixed seat picnic tables with 4 x wooden outdoor carver chairs, in the spring and summer we have yacht style padded sofa seats near poolhouse plus various other outdoor seating
On request we can provide a half-barrel barbeque with tool set and scrubbing brush; please clean after use, using the specialist cleaning kit in the washrooms.
Please bring your own charcoal for barbeques.

Please Note:
As Tregulland is on the edge of the moor it is usually fairly windy, as such we cannot provide sun umbrellas as these get left out and blown away causing much damage. On the joyously sunny days we recommend moving the picnic tables under the trees outside Angelica, or there is always shade in the courtyard outside the Barn.

A 12m x 5m indoor freshwater swimming pool, with a separate, shallow children’s pool. heated to 27 degrees (as it is cleaned by biofilters you cannot make it any warmer!)
The Pool House has a steam room and includes changing rooms, a loo and two showers.
Outside, there’s a wood-fired Dutch hot tub.

Please note:

No swimming in the lake or river

No confetti, water balloons or small objects are allowed in the pool as they clog the filter.

Travel cots are available on request, please do let us know well in advance, and you will need to bring your own bedding and sheets.
High chairs are also available on request

A projector, and large cinema screen, are available in The Granary
The Dining Room in The Cottage has a table to seat 25 and can be arranged for conferences and meetings.
The Old Workshop is a separate, large, multifunctional space with optional chairs for up to 40 that can be adapted to suit your needs.
