At Tregulland, you have three enchanting settings to choose from for your ceremony.

The Old Workshop, with its rural views and soft, natural light, offers an intimate and elegant space where up to 40 of your loved ones can gather as you exchange your vows.

Step outside and the Menhir Wildflower Meadow awaits – a breathtaking expanse of blooms and grasses, framed by the rolling Cornish countryside and standing stones.

Lastly, our sweeping lawn makes a wonderful setting for an outdoor ceremony, surrounded by nature and the timeless beauty of the landscape.

Wedding Accommodation

Your guests are part of the magic. With room for 22+ across 11 luxurious double ensuites, they’ll be spoiled with dreamy-comfy beds, sweeping views, rainfall showers and every detail designed for pure comfort. Relax and unwind before and after the big day in your own private heated indoor freshwater pool, steam room and wood-fired hot tub.

The Cottage is the heart of the house, where everyone comes together – to feast around the 24-seat dining table, gather in the Snug or Sunroom, and celebrate late into the night.

The Barn offers a calmer retreat, with light-filled spaces, cosy corners, and fun touches like a pool table and giant drop-down cinema screen for relaxing before and after the big day.

Wherever they stay, your guests will find a sanctuary woven with warmth, indulgence and those little luxuries that make time here feel unforgettable.

Wedding Pricing

Whether you’re looking for a week-long event, with a house each for each side of the family, or a great value midweek wedding including a two night stay, food, licensed venue fee and venue rental – it’s all possible.

Every wedding is unique, so our prices reflect how we support you on your special day, but the following outlines the basic costs of hiring Tregulland for a wedding. We don’t generally charge corkage, but we do reserve the right to put certain provisos on your special day to preserve the beauty and tranquillity of Tregulland.

Getting married at Tregulland costs the regular accommodation rental price, plus an additional £1,000 wedding charge. The wedding charge covers the following:

Use of one of our two licensed wedding areas
Chair hire and set up
A music dock
One of our staff members presence as an ‘approved person’, in addition to the Registrar.

The wedding charge is for up to 22 guests. We are licensed for up to 40 people for the ceremony itself, and charge £20 per person for additional day guests.

Booking Your Wedding

Naturally, organising your wedding is an incredible but significant undertaking, and so, we aim to make the booking process as straightforward as possible.

First, we recommend you reserve your preferred dates at Tregulland. Check prices and availability here, then contact us.

Next, you need to contact Cornwall Council to book the Registrar here or on 0300 1234181.

Only when the Registrar has been confirmed should you formalise the booking with us.

To secure your wedding booking, we require a deposit of ⅓ of the total hire price, with the balance due three months before your arrival.

Yes, we love welcoming four-legged guests. Tregulland is set in 16 acres of Cornish countryside, making it the perfect place for dogs to be part of your special day.

Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, from our eco-conscious design and energy systems to the natural, wildflower-rich surroundings that make the setting so special.

Ceremonies in The Old Workshop can seat up to 40 guests, while outdoor celebrations in the Menhir Wildflower Meadow can host larger gatherings. Overnight, we can accommodate 22+ guests in 11 decadent ensuite bedrooms.

Absolutely. You’re free to bring in suppliers that suit your vision, though we can also recommend trusted caterers, florists, photographers and more who know Tregulland well. Please note most will need at least six months’ notice.

We usually recommend booking at least six months in advance, especially if you’d like to secure your preferred suppliers. But if you’re planning at short notice, it’s simpler than you might think – we can have a date booked in as little as 30 days. All you need to do is choose your dates with us, book your registrar through the Cornwall Registration Service, and give notice of marriage 29 days before your ceremony. We’ll take care of the rest, connecting you with trusted local suppliers to bring your day to life.

Yes, every wedding at Tregulland is exclusive hire. You’ll have full, private use of the house, grounds, and accommodation, ensuring your celebration is entirely your own.
